Any businesses or individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner") can register for Kiev Rent partnership program (the "Program").
You are only a few steps away from fully registering and participating in our Partnership program.
1. Please, visit our main web page complete a short registration form and get your ID and password.
2. Choose from Kiev Rent provided graphic or text advertisements ("ads" and "links") which content relates to the content of your Site. Place the corresponding CODE on your web site page.

The system registers all clicks made from your web site page. You may access this online information on number of clicks and searches 24/7 through your account. The system registers all returned users within 365 days even when the Customer has not proceeded to the check out but simply saved our web site page into his favorite's folder. The system identifies the returned user as your Customer and forwards your commission to you provided that the information in his "Cookies" was not deleted. After your returned customer makes a purchase with us, your commission will be 5-10% of every purchase made depending on the category. Please access your account to view the table of commission rates for details. In cases the Customer was referred by several Partners, the commission is granted to the last referrer- Partner. We can track the order the Customer with the help of his browser cookies and graphic downloads when the Customer's cookies are ON. In those cases when the Customer's cookies are OFF the system registers the purchase with the help of php sessions.

All purchase made by your referred Customer is registered in Sale unit. Purchase confirmation is forwarded after the check out and normally performed within 1-2 days of placing the order. You may access your commission information and transactions through your account any time. We provide you with current statistics, customer and order information as well as referee commission rates. You will also receive e-mail confirmation on the new orders and will be able to track the progress of your Customer's purchase. The commission is made monthly or quarterly according to the agreement and the selected method of payment. Your minimum earned balance should be 50$. You can take advantage of your own referral and use the referral program for your purchases. The commission will be equally transferred to your account when you make a purchase.

Commission by inviting new Partners You are encouraged to invite new Partners to the Kiev Rent Partnership Program. This will allow you 1% of all purchases made by customers referred by the invited new Partner.

Miscellaneous Kiev Rent does not enforce the selection criteria to participate in our Partnership Program. However, the participation in Kiev Rent Program is subject to our prior approval. Kiev Rent reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant in its sole discretion. By entering the Program you will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations (including without limitation the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and any relevant data protection or privacy laws) in your performance of any acts hereunder. You further represent and warrant that each Site and any material displayed therein: (a) comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations; (b) do not breach and have not breached any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of intellectual property, publicity or privacy, or rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or contract theories; and (c) are not pornographic, hate-related or otherwise violent in content. By registering for the Partnership Program, you agree that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions, and the Program Policies for participation in the Program. Kiev Rent owns the right to make changes to the rules and policies of the Program and timely informing our Partners by e-mail within 7 days term. You may terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your desire to cancel your participation in the Program. Kiev Rent may investigate any activity that may violate this Agreement. In the event the Agreement is terminated, Kiev Rent shall pay your earned balance to you according to our policy.
